In the video, the Vietnamese male worker could not hide his joy and emotion at the boss's affection for his employees. Mr. Vinh came to Japan in 2019 as an agricultural engineer in Hokkaido province. More than a year later, he moved to work for a forestry company in Gujo city, Gifu province. His daily work is sawing, felling, and processing trees in parks, temples, trees near power lines, etc. As the only foreign worker in the company, Mr. Vinh always received enthusiastic support from his colleagues and boss, helping him overcome the initial difficulties in the land of the rising sun.

"When I first came here, everything was very difficult. However, seeing that I was willing to learn and grasp the job quickly, my boss and colleagues were also open-minded and treated me well. Up to now, I feel lucky to have met a good company, a kind boss and friendly colleagues. There is no discrimination in the company. I receive the same treatment as the Japanese," Vinh shared. He added that the working environment at the company is very fair. The boss always treats employees clearly, whoever does a good job will be rewarded accordingly, regardless of who comes first or later. "The benefits at my company are higher than at other companies in Gifu. In addition, twice a year, the boss organizes helicopter trips for employees to see the red leaves and the falling snow. During a recent holiday, seeing me alone, the director enthusiastically invited me to go out to eat with his family. That day, the boss flew a helicopter to take me to eat ribs," Vinh said.

Vinh's video "Eating spare ribs by helicopter" quickly went viral on Vietnamese workers' community pages in Japan, attracting 3.5 million views. Many workers far from home were amazed and wished they could also find a kind manager. "I share my experiences not to brag, but to spread positive energy to everyone. I think, no matter where or in which country, as long as you try and work hard, you will be rewarded accordingly. There are still many good companies in Japan, I hope everyone will be lucky enough to find a good job," Vinh said.
