Lindo (real name Manuel Arlindo, born in 1997) is the most prominent Angolan member of Quang Linh Vlogs' African group. He currently owns a YouTube channel with more than 630,000 followers, regularly sharing videos about daily life.

Lindo and his wife recently opened a restaurant in the district market, specializing in serving popular Vietnamese and Angolan dishes. The restaurant has only been open for about a week, with three simple plastic tables and chairs inside, but it is always full of customers.

Lindo said that the restaurant's menu usually has 3 dishes, which change daily, priced from 400 Kz (more than 11,000 VND). In addition to the two main dishes of rice and corn flour, he mainly cooks Vietnamese dishes that he has enjoyed and learned how to prepare.

Lindo (white shirt) is a YouTuber quite familiar to Vietnamese netizens, known as a close friend of Quang Linh Vlogs in the Africa group.

In the latest video, Lindo revealed that he cooked a familiar Vietnamese dish to serve diners. He had eaten this dish many times and was very impressed by its delicious taste. It was fish in tomato sauce.

In addition, he also cooks stir-fried greens with onions. This is also a popular and easy-to-make Vietnamese dish.

When the restaurant opened, Lindo and his wife had not yet finished preparing but many customers had already come and sat waiting to order. The couple enthusiastically greeted the customers to see what they wanted to eat and quickly served them.

In just a short time, the number of customers coming to the restaurant increased. Not only did people eat there, many also lined up to buy take-out.

The African guy's restaurant was crowded early. Some people became regulars because they were impressed with the taste of Vietnamese dishes here.

All meals are carefully arranged and served by Lindo and his wife, in plastic plates for guests to eat on the spot or in boxes and lids for guests to take away.

Outside the shop, the Angolan YouTuber also designed a sugarcane juice stand, introducing the popular Vietnamese beverage to the locals. Each cup is sold for 150 Kz (about 4,200 VND).

Lindo and his wife worked tirelessly because of the large number of customers.

Lindo said he was very surprised when the shop had only been open for 1.5 hours and was completely sold out, with only some corn flour and rice left.

“I was so happy today, guys. They sold out. Vietnamese tomato fish is delicious, everyone loves it so I will cook it again tomorrow,” Lindo said.

The 27-year-old man also carefully went to the dining area to listen to everyone’s feelings about today’s dishes. One customer revealed that he had eaten at this restaurant twice, praising the “delicious and fragrant food” and impressive flavor.

After the customer shared, Lindo did not forget to thank everyone who came to support the couple.

It is known that before opening a permanent restaurant, Lindo and his wife used to cook and sell many Vietnamese dishes in the local market such as grilled pork with betel leaves, stir-fried chicken with lemongrass and chili, fried spring rolls...

These dishes are all seasoned and prepared in Vietnamese style by the couple and are supported and loved by many Angolan people.

Lindo revealed that he really likes Vietnamese food, so he often learns and practices cooking from his brothers in the African group. Thanks to selling food, he and his wife have a stable income to cover their living expenses and save for the future.
