According to the Hanoi Urban Railway Project Management Board, it is expected that during the first 15 days of operation of the Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station metro, passengers will be able to take the train for free.

After that, the regular monthly ticket price is 200,000 VND, priority tickets are 50% off for passengers who are students, students, and workers in industrial parks.

If customers buy in groups of 30 or more, the ticket price is 140,000 VND/month. A daily ticket is 24,000 VND, and can travel the entire route during the day. Tickets to stations along the way are from 8,000 - 12,000 VND.

Compared to the Cat Linh - Ha Dong metro line, the system of stations and tickets for the Nhon - Hanoi station metro line are different.

Accordingly, along with the ticket card, this route also has a single-trip ticket (round, like a coin). Customers who buy a single-trip ticket will be given this ticket, when going through the ticket gate, use the ticket to scan to open the gate, when getting off at the station, insert it into the ticket machine to open the gate.

Tickets are only valid for 20 minutes after purchase. If you do not board the train, you must go to the ticket counter to update.

According to the technical design of the Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station elevated metro line, each train consists of 4 cars, each car can carry 236 passengers, each trip can carry 944 passengers.

The plan is to operate 4 and 6 trains; train departures during peak hours are spaced 6 minutes/trip (on average, during peak hours, there are 10 trips/hour/direction to the station to pick up and drop off passengers). Thus, the maximum transport capacity of the route is 9,440 passengers/hour/direction.

The plan to enhance connection and passenger transfer by bus has also been completed by the Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center.

Accordingly, along the metro line, there are 36 bus routes in operation: 33 subsidized routes (05, 07, 09A, 09B, 13, 16, 20A, 20B, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 34, 38, 39, 49, 51, 55A, 55B, 57, 90, 92, 105, 117, 146, 161, 162, 163, E05, 56A, 96); 3 non-subsidized routes (70A, 70B, 70C).

Along the route, there are also 2 passenger transfer points, Cau Giay and Nhon. In addition, there are 32 bus stops (16 stops in the direction of Cau Giay - Nhon, 16 stops in the direction of Nhon - Cau Giay).

Notably, currently 8 stations of the Nhon - Hanoi metro line connect to the nearest bus stop with a distance of 0-50m, quite convenient for people.

According to Mr. Thai Ho Phuong, Director of the Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center, the bus route network has basically created a connection between the Cat Linh - Ha Dong metro line and Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station.

This makes it convenient for passengers to transfer between the two metro lines by bus. Specifically, the two metro lines are connected by 9 bus routes, capable of meeting about 15 - 30% of the total travel needs of people on the route.
