Masan - Best Workplace in Asia 2024
The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award is a prestigious annual international award in the Asia region, evaluating the working environment of hundreds of large-scale and growing companies.
The award is organized annually by HR Asia Magazine with a list of participants including 16 countries and major markets in Asia such as Singapore, Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.
In Vietnam, the survey was conducted at 704 companies with the participation of 53,250 employees from grassroots to senior levels such as CEOs and HR directors. These are all businesses that have tirelessly devoted themselves to employee satisfaction, welfare and development.
According to HR Asia's assessment, Masan Group has excellently connected employees, teams, and leaders at the workplace, has outstanding human resources policies, attractive compensation, and regularly organizes exciting internal activities to increase employee engagement.
“We believe that human resources are our greatest competitive advantage, helping to differentiate ourselves and driving us to realize our long-term value creation strategy. We strive to foster an environment that enables our employees to develop sustainably,” said a representative of Masan Group.
This is the second consecutive year that Masan has been honored by HR Asia as “Best Workplace in Asia”. Along with that, it also won two special categories: “Enterprise with a diverse, equitable and inclusive working environment” and “Enterprise with a sustainable working environment”.
