According to the announced decisions, Mr. Ha Tien Thang , Provincial Party Committee member, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee was transferred and appointed by superiors to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Department of Home Affairs.

Mr. Dang Van Tinh , Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, was transferred and appointed by his superiors to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Vinh , Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Transport, was transferred and appointed by his superiors to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Mr. Nguyen Van Duc , Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien Xuong district was transferred and appointed by his superiors to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Lo , Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Ha district was transferred and appointed by his superiors to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

Mr. Hoang Viet Huy , member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Hai District, was mobilized and appointed by his superiors to participate in the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Kien Xuong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; introduced to the People's Council of Kien Xuong District to elect him as Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
