HR Asia Awards 2024 - Best Places to Work in Asia (HRAA) has been held continuously for the past 11 years, to recognize achievements, thereby contributing to bringing the position of many Vietnamese enterprises to the world.

After 2 rigorous evaluation rounds, LPBank met the international standard criteria applied to major human resource markets in Asia, including: Core values ​​of the enterprise (corporate culture and environmental culture); Value of employee contribution and Collective values ​​(spirit/ efficiency/ engagement). At the same time, HRAA also conducted in-depth interviews with bank representatives to evaluate human resource policies, welfare programs and corporate culture. With scores that surpassed the market average, LPBank has successfully surpassed many potential candidates to be honored as "Best Workplace in Asia 2024".

2024 is also the first year that Loc Phat Bank Vietnam participates in this prestigious award. According to the organizers, LPBank made a strong impression on the Jury with its strength from high-quality human resources, good policies, remuneration, talent retention, and the dynamic corporate environment and culture of a prestigious bank.
