Long An seeks investors for residential area for more than 30,000 people near Ho Chi Minh City

On August 5, information from the Department of Planning and Investment of Long An province said that it had sent a notice inviting investors interested in the residential area project in My Hanh Bac commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An.

This project has been approved in principle by the Provincial People's Committee, and approved preliminary requirements on the capacity and experience of investors registering to implement the project.

The land area used for the project is about 214 hectares. Including the area built by the investor of more than 33 hectares, the area transferred by the investor to the people for construction is more than 46.5 hectares.

The project will have both commercial housing (townhouses, villas) and social housing (apartments). The investor will build 2,875 units and transfer land use rights to people to build 5,482 units.

The population size when the project is completed is about 30,681 people.

The total preliminary cost to implement the project is about 7,029 billion VND. Compensation, support and resettlement costs are more than 4,192 billion VND.

The project's operating period is 50 years. The project implementation progress is expected to be 6 years.

The project will provide product lines such as real estate transfer and sale of houses, sale and lease of social housing, sale and lease of service floors within the project land area.

According to the structural diagram, the adjacent houses will be built by the investor in rough construction, completed with a height of 4 floors for 1,485 houses facing routes N22, N27, N30, D6, D7 and provincial route 823B.

The remaining 5,230 adjacent plots of land will be transferred by the investor to people for construction, ensuring that the planning details are approved.

The investor will also build 46 villas facing D7 Street with a construction height of 4 floors. The remaining 252 villa plots will be transferred.

Social housing will be built by investors with a scale of 9 floors, a total land area of ​​more than 164,000m2 and a total floor area of ​​more than 201,000m2.

The project ensures traffic works, water supply and drainage, lighting, trees, water surface... and commercial, service, cultural, medical, educational works in accordance with the approved 1/2,000 planning.
