The official list of qualified candidates is the list of candidates sent back to the selection system (based on the list of prospective candidates uploaded by the System) after the last wishes were processed on August 17.
The Ministry of Education and Science emphasized that NGOs should not require candidates to confirm their admission or enrollment before August 19 and must not end the confirmation of admission or completion of enrolment before 5 p. m. on August 27 (including for joint training programs with foreign countries).
