How to make braised pig's feet and artichoke soup:
+ Step 1: Prepare the ingredients: First, wash the pig's feet with salt, clean them, then chop them into bite-sized pieces. Marinate them with salt, seasoning powder, and pepper to let the spices soak in. Peel the shallots, pick and wash the green onions.
Next, prepare the artichoke flowers. Prepare the artichoke flowers. Peel the stems and cut them into short pieces. Trim the green petals from the flowers, then cut them into 4 or 6 bite-sized pieces. Making:
+ Cut the oxtail into pieces, wash, blanch with salt and ginger to remove the smell.
+ Remove the old petals of the artichoke, cut into 4, remove the pistil and peel off the outer skin of the stem, cut into pieces. Then, wash thoroughly, soak in salt water for 20 minutes, a little lemon to clean and reduce darkening, then remove and drain.
+ Stew the oxtail first, when it is almost soft, add the artichoke and simmer for about 30 minutes. Keep the lid open during the stewing process so that the artichoke stays green and beautiful, season to taste.

+ 2-3 small artichoke flowers
+ Half a duck
+ Sweet corn, 1 carrot, mushrooms
+ Minced onion

How to make artichoke soup with duck:
+ Step 1: Wash the duck with ginger and salt. You can leave the duck whole to stew or cut into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the duck with 1/2 tablespoon sugar, MSG, fish sauce, pepper, and minced onion for 15 minutes to let the spices soak in.
Soak mushrooms until soft, rinse and drain. Cut sweet corn into bite-sized pieces, peel and cut carrots into pieces.
