This morning, August 8, in Hanoi, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs solemnly held the ASEAN flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the 57th anniversary of the founding of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the 29th anniversary of Vietnam becoming an official member of this organization.
