
Specifically, 21 villages and residential groups in ethnic minority and mountainous areas include: Lang Chung and Khe Mu villages (Son Ha commune, Bao Thang district); Cau Xum, Canh Chin, Giang Dong 2 villages (Van Hoa commune); Residential groups No. 11, 12, 16, 17 (Nam Cuong ward); Residential groups No. 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28 (Pom Han ward); Residential groups No. 15, 21, 29, 30, 31 (Bac Cuong ward), Lao Cai city. The application of regimes and policies for villages approved for adjustment and supplementation of Decision No. 497/QD-UBDT dated July 30, 2024 shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 35/2023/UBTVQH15 dated July 12, 2023 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
In case of additional funding to implement social security policies issued by the Central Government (if any), it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 127/QD-TTg dated January 24, 2022 of the Prime Minister on the principle of targeted support from the Central budget to local budgets to implement social security policies issued by the Central Government for the period 2022 - 2025.
Also according to Decision 497, Lao Cai province has 4 villages of 3 communes including: Suoi Thau village and Gia Khau village, Ngu Chi Son commune, Sa Pa town; Po Si Ngai village, Pa Cheo commune, Bao Thang district; Mo 3 village (Mo 3 village), Xuan Hoa commune, Bao Yen district are no longer in the particularly difficult situation.
