The main factor driving the strong growth of this industry is the increasing demand for products that are both delicious and good for the health of modern consumers.

Quickly grasping this trend, meeting customers' needs for high-end, natural products, TH Group launched the FVF Dried Fruit product line made entirely from natural fruits, without using preservatives, using modern drying technology to preserve the essence and natural nutrition. Since the beginning of 2024, in the entire TH true mart store system nationwide, unique TFV dried fruit products, made entirely from natural fruits, such as: Dried longan; Dried banana; Dried macadamia nuts... have appeared and received the love of consumers.

Continuing that success, from July 2024, TH Group introduced to the market the product FVF Salted Ginger Dried Plum - the result of creative research and development efforts.

FVF salted ginger dried plums are made from specialty, naturally fresh plums, carefully selected by experts to ensure the best quality. After selection, the fresh plums are brought to the factory, undergo preliminary processing, marinating according to technical standards, strictly controlled according to exclusive formula.

Modern heat pump drying technology applied in the processing helps to preserve the maximum color, flavor and valuable nutritional value of plums; at the same time, it creates a characteristic elasticity for the product, ensures food hygiene and safety, completely avoids risks from smoke, dust... when compared with traditional drying technology using coal, leaves/wood.

Another outstanding feature of FVF Dried Plum with Salt and Ginger Flavor (as well as all other FVF dried fruit products and TH branded products) is the commitment to be completely natural, without preservatives, ensuring the safety of consumers' health. To achieve this criterion, the Group's Product Research and Development Department has painstakingly selected bags with a lining to preserve good product quality. After packaging, the bags are also sterilized to eliminate all harmful bacteria.

TH has invested in the factory with modern equipment from Italy, ensuring a synchronous and highly automated production process, achieving FSSC 22000 food safety certification (version 5.1).

"We are not just processing food. We are building a green, knowledge-based economic model, contributing to the sustainable development of agriculture for Son La in particular and the Northwest region of Vietnam in general," Mr. Tuan emphasized.

For farmers and the agricultural sector in the northern mountainous region, the Van Ho fresh fruit and herbal processing factory is also considered an important highlight, demonstrating the long-term vision of TH Group in the journey to bring Vietnamese farmers into a closed production chain, starting from the raw materials stage, working with farmers to do business under the forest canopy.
