Net revenue was 112.6% of 2023 and 116% of the plan. Average income/person/month was 115.4% of 2023. Good exploitation of accommodation services; organizing many events, conferences, and seminars that were highly appreciated by customers. ThaiBinh Seed completed the circulation recognition of 8 new plant varieties, sending 22 plant varieties of various types for national testing. The company has also completed many important projects such as the inauguration of a seed processing factory in the Central Highlands and a horizontal drying system at the Vu Chinh factory.

The company produced and exported over 12 million products, creating jobs for more than 15,000 workers, with an average income of over 12 million VND/person/month. Tan De always focuses on the material and spiritual life of employees, fully implementing social insurance, health insurance, bonuses and welfare regimes. The company also actively participates in community and charity activities with a total donation of over 2.3 billion VND.
