Persistently promote and build Petrovietnam culture

Attending the meeting were comrade Nguyen Trung Hieu - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc; comrade Le Doan Hop - Former member of the Party Central Committee, former Minister of Information and Communications, Chairman of the National Council for Recognition of "Enterprises meeting Vietnamese business culture standards"; comrade Ho Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Development of Corporate Culture.

On the side of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam), there were comrade Le Anh Chien - Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Group; comrade Vu Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Head of the Communication and Corporate Culture Department of the Group; and officials of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, the Vietnam Association for Developing Corporate Culture, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee and the Communication and Corporate Culture Department of the Group.

In recent years, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) has made efforts to build and develop corporate culture. This is an important solution of the Party Committee of the Group as well as member units in the process of restoring and developing the Group's production and business management. Up to now, Petrovietnam culture has achieved remarkable achievements.

Comrade Ho Anh Tuan introduced the activities of the Vietnam Association for Development of Corporate Culture.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Ho Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Association for the Development of Corporate Culture briefly introduced the mission of the association, the association's activities in the past time, especially the event of organizing the Vietnamese Corporate Culture Day abroad in September 2024. Accordingly, comrade Ho Anh Tuan expressed his wish for Petrovietnam's cooperation to continue to propagate and spread lessons learned and successes in building Vietnamese corporate culture both domestically and internationally.

At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Trung Hieu shared that, aware of the importance of building corporate culture, the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc has issued a thematic resolution, coordinated with the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group to organize a conference to promote typical examples of building corporate culture in State-owned corporations and groups. Up to now, many corporations and groups have reviewed, built and issued resolutions to develop and pay attention to implementing the building of corporate culture.

Comrade Nguyen Trung Hieu also expressed his wish to cooperate with the Vietnam Association for the Development of Corporate Culture to continue and spread corporate culture, especially to popularize the set of criteria for Vietnamese corporate culture standards, as well as methods to build a systematic and effective corporate culture.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Tran Quang Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group affirmed that the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group is still persistently and persistently promoting and building the Petrovietnam culture. In particular, to be consistent with the Group's development strategy under the direction of the Politburo to transform from a technical economic group to a national energy industry group, the Party Committee of the Group determined that the Petrovietnam culture will move towards a new height, moving towards corporate governance by culture.

Comrade Tran Quang Dung also affirmed that he will continue to closely coordinate with the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc and the Vietnam Association for Development of Corporate Culture to organize propaganda and replicate models of units that do well in building corporate culture, contributing to spreading corporate culture in the Group as well as in the Central Enterprises Bloc.
