The competition is chaired by the Department of Performing Arts, in coordination with the Vietnam Stage Artists Association, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the Vietnam Circus Federation and related agencies and units. The competition has the participation of nearly 100 artists and actors from 4 units: Phuong Nam Art Theater, Vietnam Circus and Variety Arts College, Hanoi Circus and Variety Arts Theater, and Vietnam Circus Federation with 20 performances.
