The Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Office has just issued a document conveying the conclusion of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the Project to organize and develop road traffic in Nha Trang City.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee agreed on the policy of building a tunnel on Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang City. The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee requested the People's Committee of Nha Trang City and the consulting unit to coordinate with relevant departments and branches to study and determine specific suitable and feasible sections of the route and propose investment phases to ensure efficiency, and report to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province.

The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee requested Nha Trang City to study and soon propose to Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to invest early in a tunnel combined with a parking lot at 2/4 Square, Tran Phu Street.

Nha Trang City People's Committee further reviewed the solutions and traffic organization plans of the project to ensure consistency with the architectural concept of the park on the east side of Tran Phu Street, the green transformation and green growth project of Nha Trang City in the period of 2024 - 2030.

In addition, the People's Committee of Nha Trang City also needs to propose feasible and effective policies to encourage investment in the construction of underground parking lots combined with service and commercial businesses to attract socialization; at the same time, it is necessary to study and supplement the project with solutions and plans for organizing public transport at times of major activities and events that are likely to cause traffic congestion.
