Attending the ceremony were comrade Le Thanh Long, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; together with leaders of central ministries, departments, branches, and leaders of Thanh Hoa province.

With the theme of honoring traditional values and arousing aspirations, the art program at the opening ceremony was divided into 3 chapters, including "Brilliant Heritage Land", "Quintessence of Vietnamese Land and Sky" and "Aspiration to Shine". The unique performance space, combined with modern lighting and sound effects, took the audience through the heroic imprints of the land of Thanh Hoa, a land of talented people, to the image of modern and dynamic Sam Son today.

In the emotional musical flow, songs such as Que Thanh, land of human love, Chao Song Ma hero, Mau do da vang resounded in new and unique arrangements, contributing to creating an artistic journey connecting tradition and modernity, past and future. The highlight of the festival was the high-class artistic fireworks display, marking the opening moment of the 2025 summer tourist season full of spirit.

The Sam Son Sea Tourism Festival 2025 is not only an important cultural and artistic event, but also an opportunity to introduce to domestic and foreign tourists the new look and strong changes of the coastal city of Sam Son, thereby affirming the efforts to build Sam Son into a national key tourist city, an attractive destination of Vietnam on the international tourism map.

Tens of thousands of people attended the event and shared in the joy.

Along with the opening program, many unique cultural, sports and tourism activities will also be organized, contributing to promoting traditional cultural values, typical tourism products and investment potential of the city.

This is a next step in the strategy to turn Sam Son into a "city of festivals", expanding socio-economic development opportunities for the locality and Thanh Hoa province in the coming time.
