The program is organized by the Vietnam-Japan Global Cultural Promotion Organization (VJCP) (an organization specializing in promoting cultural and artistic activities of Vietnam and Japan) in coordination with prestigious associations in the Vietnamese community in Japan and multinational cultural organizations in Japan.

The program is sponsored by the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka, the Higashiosaka City Government, the Osaka Tourism Bureau and the International Cooperation Department - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam. The program also receives support and sponsorship from two prestigious businesses in the Vietnamese community in Japan, Smiles and Fone House.

It is expected that about 150 thousand spectators will attend the program.

With the theme “50 years of unity”, held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, the “Heart of Vietnam” Festival includes many exciting activities. In particular, the Opening Ceremony was solemnly held on the morning of May 3 with the participation of representatives of politicians from Vietnam and Japan and leaders of the Department of International Cooperation - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, artists and thousands of spectators.

On the afternoon of May 3, the art program “Vietnam Today” with the participation of singer Isaac and many young artists, brought a youthful, modern atmosphere, looking back to the homeland in the integration era. On the morning of May 4, community activities such as folk games, community art programs… will continue to connect the hearts of Vietnamese people far from home.

The highlight of the Festival is the art program with the theme “50 years of harmony”, taking place on the afternoon of May 4, consisting of two parts: “Vietnam - Aspiration for peace and Vietnam - Reaching out to the world”. The program has the participation of many famous artists such as Tung Duong, Isaac, Nguyen Duyen Quynh (owner of the hit “Continue writing the story of peace”)…

In which, Divo Tung Duong plans to give his all in his first visit to Japan to sing for his countrymen, with many songs associated with his name such as "Tien quan ca", "To quoc goi ten minh", "Duong chung ta di" in the first part; in the second part, he will perform with the songs: "Mot vong Viet Nam", "Tai sinh", "Khat vong tuoi tre", Medley "Vu khuc con co - Chiec khan pieu - Oa oa", "Medley Que nha - Me toi"...

Participating in the performance with Tung Duong, Isaac, Nguyen Duyen Quynh, Phuc Anh... are many young singers and cultural and artistic groups of Vietnam in Japan, young people who always want to preserve, promote and introduce Vietnamese culture to the world such as: VJCP Art Center, Sao Mai Dance Group, V-Cosmo, V-Artists, Top 3 Ambassadors of "Vietnam's Heart" 2025 Vu Thi Diu, Le Thi Hong Trang, Hoang Thi Huyen Trang, singer Xuan Giang - Champion of Voice of Spring Homeland - "Vietnam's Heart" 2025...

According to director Huy Lio - Production Director and General Director of the program, the special highlight of the Festival "Vietnam's Heart" - 50 years of beating together" is the Campaign "Thousands of National Flags Flying".

Accordingly, the Organizing Committee has ordered and transported 10,000 national flags to Japan since March to distribute for free to the audience when attending the program, to join in the meaningful songs about the homeland of the artists on stage. The scene of tens of thousands of flags flying on the baseball field in Hanazono Park - 1.5 times larger than My Dinh Stadium - promises to be a sacred and emotional image, spreading patriotism and national pride in the heart of the neighboring country on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.
