With the theme “Singing from the heart”, the contest attracted 94 contestants who are people with disabilities living in 11 districts, towns and cities of the province. The contest took place in 3 categories: Singing (solo, duet - trio, group singing - choir); dancing (solo, duo, group dancing); musical instruments (solo, duet, ensemble).
Ms. Do Thi Nguyen, Director of the Department of Health, Head of the contest organizing committee, gave the opening speech.
Representatives of 11 participating units received souvenir flags from the organizing committee.
The content of the entries praises the Communist Party of Vietnam, beloved Uncle Ho, the patriotic tradition of the Vietnamese people; praises the homeland, the country and the achievements in building and defending the Fatherland, praises the country's innovation, especially songs praising examples of people with disabilities overcoming difficulties and fate.
Through each organization, the contest contributes to raising awareness of all levels, sectors and the social community about the ability of people with disabilities to contribute to cultural life; at the same time, through that, it helps the social community sympathize, share, respect and honor the talents of people with disabilities.

This is also a practical activity towards the celebration of Vietnam Disability Day (April 18), the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025) and especially the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3).
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the units of Bu Dang, Binh Long, and Chon Thanh performed the competitions.
