Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online , a representative of Muong Thanh Group confirmed that it has officially taken over the Hoang Anh Gia Lai Hotel. The group has now received the handover of all items and is currently carrying out repairs.

However, the group refused to disclose the value of the deal.

At the end of last year, the unit that received the transfer of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Hotel from Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HAG) was Hoan Sinh Gia Lai Investment Company Limited.

At that time, Mr. Do Xuan Duc - director and legal representative of Hoan Sinh Gia Lai - confirmed that he had bought the hotel from Bau Duc's company.

Responding to questions about the purpose and plan after receiving the hotel transfer, Mr. Duc could not share because the company was "still calculating".

Information from the business registration database shows that Hoan Sinh Gia Lai Investment Company Limited was established on June 20, 2023. Recently updated, the legal representative of this company is Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen.

According to research, in 2019, Muong Thanh also bought Hoang Anh Gia Lai Da Nang Hotel and changed its name to Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han.
