The Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district has just issued an invitation to an asset auction organization to conduct an auction of land use rights for 50 residential land plots in the communes of Trach My Loc, Xuan Dinh and Tho Loc.

The starting auction price of 30 plots of land in Trach My Loc commune is 23.4 million VND/m2. In Xuan Dinh commune, 11 plots of land have a starting auction price of 25 million VND/m2. Meanwhile, 9 plots of land in Tho Loc commune have an auction price of only 19.8 million VND/m2.

The total area of ​​50 residential land plots expected to be auctioned in the coming time in 3 communes is more than 5,900m2. Phuc Tho district expects to collect at least 135.4 billion VND from the auction of the above residential land plots.

All participating auction organizations must submit their applications to the Phuc Tho District Land Fund Development Center. In particular, it is necessary to meet all the conditions prescribed in Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016/QH-14 and the criteria prescribed in Article 3 of Circular No. 02/2022/TT-BTP of the Ministry of Justice.
