The Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards 2024 is an annual international award organized by HR Asia Magazine, which has been receiving the trust of businesses in 16 countries and markets in the Asia region.
2024 saw a sharp increase in the number of businesses nominated for the HR Asia Award, with 704 businesses nominated and 53,250 employees participating in the survey. The survey provided a comprehensive overview of the current working landscape in Vietnam.
In addition to reflecting businesses' efforts to improve the working environment, the survey results also highlight the importance of employee voice in shaping organizational culture.
With the theme "Entering the new era with Gen Z" ("The Definitive Z Choice"), this year's winning businesses reflected on the challenges and opportunities from the rise of the Gen Z workforce, creating a multi-generational working environment.
These businesses not only demonstrate excellence in recruiting and retaining young talent, but also create a corporate culture that respects diversity, collaboration and continuous innovation, setting an example for other businesses in the industry.
This year, Huawei Vietnam received the "Best Workplace in Asia 2024" award after passing the employee survey and interview process from the organizers. This is a testament to the recognition of Huawei Vietnam's efforts in recruiting, training and retaining young talents, developing policies, benefits and working environment for employees.
In addition, Huawei Vietnam also surpassed hundreds of other businesses and won the special award "Most Caring Company".
