The World's Best Awards 2024 by the leading travel magazine Travel + Leisure has announced the list of the world's 25 most favorite cities voted by readers, in which Hoi An was honored to be in fourth place with a total score of 90.67.
Travel+Leisure says it’s no surprise that Hoi An is highly rated by readers. This coastal city is a foodie’s paradise, with banh mi and cao lau being top favorites. Hoi An is also a destination for those who love history and impressive ancient architecture. Recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage, it is considered one of the busiest and most prosperous trading ports from centuries ago.
