Tuition fee of 16,000 VND/student/month applies to secondary school students in ethnic minority areas and especially disadvantaged communes in coastal areas.
Tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year in Quang Binh province will be implemented according to Resolution No. 74/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 11, 2024 of the People's Council of Quang Binh province. Accordingly, tuition fees from the 2024-2025 school year in Quang Binh province are as follows:

"Godmother" program provides support to orphaned students in Quang Binh province
In there:
- Urban area: includes wards of Dong Hoi city, wards of Ba Don town.
- Ethnic minority and mountainous areas; extremely disadvantaged communes in coastal and alluvial areas, including: communes in region III, region II, region I; extremely disadvantaged villages in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; extremely disadvantaged communes in coastal and alluvial areas according to the decision of competent authorities.
- Rural areas: remaining communes and towns.
Educational institutions shall base on the permanent residence of the child, student, or trainee to determine the region and tuition fee level for the subject of tuition fee payment according to regulations. In case the child, student, or trainee has a permanent residence not in Quang Binh province, the tuition fee level shall be determined based on the location of the educational institution.
