Majors in the standard training program include: Social Sciences and Humanities, specifically majors such as Philosophy, Religious Studies, History, Geography, Information - Library, Archival Studies with tuition fees of 14.3 million VND/school year.

The tuition fee for the majors of Education, Linguistics, Literature, Cultural Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Oriental Studies, Office Administration, Social Work, Educational Management, Educational Psychology, Urban Studies, Information Management, Vietnamese Studies (for Vietnamese people), Art Studies, and International Studies is 21.78 million VND/school year.

The tuition fee for International Relations, Psychology, Journalism, and Multimedia Communication is 24.2 million VND/school year. The Language and Tourism group, including Russian, Italian, and Spanish, has a tuition fee of 17.16 million VND/school year. The tuition fee for French and German is 26.07 million VND/school year.

The tuition fees for English Language, Chinese Language, Japanese Studies, Korean Studies, Tourism and Travel Services Management, and Korean Business and Commerce are 29.04 million VND/academic year. The tuition fees for Vietnamese Studies (for foreigners) are 66 million VND/academic year.

Majors in high quality training program

Majors in the high-quality training program include: International Relations, Journalism, English Language, Chinese Language, Japanese Studies, German Language, Tourism and Travel Services Management with tuition fees of 60 million VND/school year.

The joint program with Deakin University (Australia) has a tuition fee of 60 million VND/academic year; with Minnesota Crookston University (USA) the tuition fee is 82 million VND; with Guangxi Normal University (China) the tuition fee is 45 million VND.

The school exempts tuition fees for the following majors: Party History, Marxist-Leninist Philosophy, Scientific Socialism, Ho Chi Minh Thought or subjects that are considered exempt and subjects recognized for credit transfer.

Previously, some universities announced tuition fees for 2024. Specifically, tuition fees at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology: Some faculties are up to nearly 800 million VND/year.

Compared to 2023, tuition fees this year will not increase. The industry with the lowest tuition fee is 30 million VND/year; the industry with the highest tuition fee is 80 million VND/year.

In particular, for international transfer majors when studying abroad, students will pay up to 800 million VND/year.

Accordingly, the international transfer program currently has the highest tuition fee. In the first two years of studying in Vietnam, students pay 80 million VND/year. In the next two years, when studying at the partner's side, students pay from 532 to 799 million VND/year, not including the Pre-English semester. The reason the tuition fee of this program is high is because in the last two years, students will transfer to study at a partner university in Australia/USA/New Zealand...

The Japanese Transfer Program has the second highest tuition fee. In the first two years in Vietnam, students pay 60 million VND/year, and the last two years in Japan cost 91 million VND/year.

The third highest tuition fee is the Advanced training program, taught entirely in English, with a tuition fee of VND80 million/year. The remaining programs have tuition fees ranging from VND30 to VND60 million/year.

Hanoi University of Pharmacy: 15.2 - 150 million VND/school year

In the 2024-2025 school year, the tuition fee for Pharmacy at Hanoi University of Pharmacy remains at 24.5 million VND/school year. The remaining majors including Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry and Biotechnology have tuition fees ranging from 15.2 to 21.2 million VND/school year, an increase of about 1.7-2.7 million VND compared to last year.

For the Pharmacy joint training program with the University of Sydney, Australia, students will study for 6.5 years, including 3 years in Vietnam and 3.5 years in Australia. After graduation, students will receive a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Hanoi University of Pharmacy, a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and a Master of Pharmacy Practice degree from the University of Sydney.

Tuition fees at Hanoi University of Pharmacy are 150 million VND/year, while at the University of Sydney, it is based on the international student fee, about 56,000 AUD (equivalent to about 944 million VND) per year. All students participating in the program are awarded a 20% tuition scholarship.

Hanoi Medical University: 15-55.2 million VND/school year

According to the announcement of Hanoi Medical University, in this school year, tuition fees for the school's majors range from 15 to 55.2 million VND/school year. Of which, the majors of Medicine, Medicine (Thanh Hoa branch), Traditional Medicine, and Dentistry have the highest tuition fees of 55.2 million VND/school year.

Compared to last year, the tuition fees of two majors, Dentistry and Medicine (Thanh Hoa branch), doubled, from 27.6 to 55.2 million VND, because the school moved from a group 3 autonomous unit to a group 2 autonomous unit that ensures regular expenses.

Of the three new majors the school opened this year, including Psychology, Dental Technology, and Midwifery, Psychology has the lowest tuition fee of 15 million VND/school year. The remaining two majors have tuition fees of 41.8 million VND/school year.

University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Hanoi National University): 27.6-55 million VND/school year

Tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) are expected to be VND55 million/academic year for Medicine; VND51 million/academic year for Pharmacy. The remaining majors will have tuition fees of VND27.6 million/academic year. The school said that the roadmap for increasing tuition fees each year will be implemented according to the Government's Decree.

Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine: 27.6 million VND/school year

In the 2024-2025 school year, the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine will increase tuition fees compared to last year. Specifically, the tuition fee applied to all three training majors of Medicine, Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy is 27.6 million VND/school year.
