Tuition fees for public schools in Kon Tum province are divided into 3 regions with 3 levels of education. According to Resolution 33/2024/NQ-HDND, the lowest tuition fee is for junior high school in region 3 at 19,000 VND/student/month, the highest is for preschool and high school at 52,000 VND/student/month.
Resolution 33/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 11, 2024 of the People's Council of Kon Tum province regulating tuition fees for public preschool and general education for the 2024-2025 school year in this province.
Accordingly, Kon Tum's tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year are as follows:
(1) For public preschool and general education institutions that are not self-sufficient in regular expenses.

In there:
(i) Region 1: Includes 3 wards: Quyet Thang ward, Thang Loi ward (except Kon Tum Ko Pong village, Kon Ro Wang village, Kon Klor village), Quang Trung ward (except Plei Don village, Plei To Nghia village) of Kon Tum city.
(ii) Region 2: Includes 7 wards of Kon Tum city (Thong Nhat ward, Duy Tan ward, Truong Chinh ward, Ngo May ward, Tran Hung Dao ward, Le Loi ward and Nguyen Trai ward); Kon Tum Ko Pong village, Kon Ro Wang village, Kon Klor village of Thang Loi ward; Plei Don village, Plei To Nghia village of Quang Trung ward of Kon Tum city and 4 towns of 4 districts: Dak Ha, Dak To, Ngoc Hoi, Sa Thay (except for extremely difficult villages according to current regulations).
(iii) Region 3: Including Mang Den town, Dak Glei town, Dak Rve town, remaining communes and particularly disadvantaged villages according to current regulations.
(iv) In case the communes in region 3 specified in (iii) are recognized as meeting new rural standards from the 2021-2022 school year to the 2024-2025 school year, the tuition fee collection level will continue to be implemented according to the region 3 area until the end of the school year.

In case of organizing online learning or organizing both online and in-person learning, public educational institutions are allowed to apply the tuition fee level mentioned above; the tuition fee collection period is no more than 9 months/year; tuition fees are not collected during the time when no teaching is organized.
