Perfecting the continuing education network to promote the building of a learning society

Accordingly, based on the actual situation of localities, to effectively implement the task, the Ministry of Education and Training requests the Departments of Education and Training to implement and promote activities to build a learning society.

Strengthening advisory and direction work to perfect the network of continuing education facilities and diversifying educational programs in continuing education facilities.

Strengthening the work of eliminating illiteracy. Focusing on eliminating illiteracy in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions and high illiteracy rates.

Mobilize resources to implement continuing education tasks in localities. Organize training, foster and improve the quality of management staff, teachers and collaborators in continuing education institutions.

Promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in management, facility administration and in continuing education activities.

Strengthen inspection of the implementation of regulations on continuing education.

Strengthen communication work to raise awareness among people and the whole society about continuing education, lifelong learning and building a learning society.

Promote emulation movements and emulation and reward work. Actively participate in building policies on continuing education.

Regarding the task of promoting activities to build a learning society, the Ministry of Education and Training requested the Departments of Education and Training to develop and deploy a plan to implement the Project "Building a learning society for the period 2021-2030", strengthen regular and effective coordination between the education sector and departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio-political associations and organizations and localities in the province in implementing the plan.

Implement the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period 2023-2030" in many flexible forms, suitable to the actual situation.

The official dispatch of the Ministry of Education and Training also requested the Departments of Education and Training to focus on a number of other specific tasks, including: Strengthening the advisory work, directing the completion of the network of continuing education facilities and diversifying educational programs in continuing education facilities; promoting the work of eliminating illiteracy.
