From 2017 to 2025, the Provincial Women's Union has focused on directing all levels of the union to implement and exceed the targets of the project to support women in starting a business; coordinating with banks to exploit capital sources to support women in starting a business, doing business and developing the economy with a total outstanding loan balance of over 3,000 billion VND to date, lending to more than 47,800 households. At the same time, coordinating to support training, vocational training, and job referrals for over 22,000 female workers, contributing to increasing income and stabilizing life in localities. Unions at all levels have supported the establishment of 15 cooperatives and 80 cooperative groups managed by women operating effectively; thousands of women in the province have successfully started businesses and become rich. Cooperative economic models managed by women contribute to improving competitiveness, shifting economic structure, developing production and stabilizing social security.
