Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch has taken advantage of the achievements of the 4.0 Revolution to build a paperless meeting room model. Meeting documents are digitized and uploaded to smart devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), saving costs for printing, photocopying documents, sending documents and time, while contributing to environmental protection, especially helping the leadership, direction and operation of unit leaders to be quick and effective, thereby improving the quality of meetings. According to statistics, up to now, the Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch has recognized 57/137 Model Commune Transaction Points. The construction of the Model Commune Transaction Point model not only helps strengthen the direction of local authorities and socio-political organizations at the grassroots level in inspection and supervision, but also helps borrowers use loans effectively. The emulation movement to promote the application of digital transformation has been interested in, deployed and effectively implemented by the Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch through the model of opening Mobile Banking products and services. The Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch coordinated with the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Women's Union to deploy digital technology applications to open Mobile Banking products and services of the Social Policy Bank to cadres, union members, youth, association members... to promote communication work on digital transformation programs, focusing on solutions to concretize the Project on Developing non-cash payments in Vietnam for the period 2021 - 2025 of the Government and the policies of Lam Dong province on non-cash payments, while enhancing services and utilities for individual customers and borrowers of the Social Policy Bank. Updated data from the Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch as of February 28, 2025 shows that Lam Dong has had 54,697 customers opening the service, accounting for 54.6% of loan customers. Of which, 44,085 customers have activated the service and 30,866 customers have updated their biometrics.

With determination and creativity, the Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch has successfully completed the assigned targets and tasks, making an important contribution to the implementation of the goal of sustainable poverty reduction, job creation, and ensuring social security. As of December 31, 2024, the total outstanding debt of the Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch reached over VND 6,148 billion, with an average annual growth rate of 12.8%. The number of customers that the Lam Dong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch is monitoring and managing is 101,158 households, equivalent to 28% of the province's households receiving loans from social policy credit programs.
