In the first 6 months of 2024, the Provincial Tourism Association has implemented a number of activities such as: Participating in the 2023 year-end conference of the Northern Tourism Association Cluster (27 provinces) in Bac Giang; participating in the booth to introduce and promote tourism in Bac Kan province at the VITM Tourism Fair organized by the Vietnam Tourism Association; participating in Thai Nguyen Tourism Week; Conference to summarize tourism cooperation activities of 6 expanded Viet Bac provinces in Thai Nguyen; participating in Famtrip and attending Vinh Phuc Tourism Week.

Organize 2 delegations of experts, scientists and travel companies from Hanoi and Thai Nguyen and Bac Giang provinces to survey and evaluate tourist attractions in Bac Kan. Organize a scientific workshop in Xuan Duong commune (Na Ri) during the Bac Kan Culture - Tourism Week. Participate in reviewing the Bac Kan province's tourism development plans and regional and inter-regional plans of Bac Kan province. Implement the development of new tourism products (opening tours and routes). Participate in the tourism promotion conference in Da Nang to prepare for the program "Tourism through the heritage sites of Viet Bac - 15th time" held in Bac Kan province.

The Provincial Tourism Association has agreed on the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of 2024, including: Perfecting the organization of staff, developing members; issuing membership cards. Continuing to participate in organizing tourism business delegations from other provinces to survey Bac Kan tourism resources, building new destinations in Cho Don. Cooperating with the Hanoi Tourism Association and the Director of Ao Vua Tourist Area to organize professional training courses for tourism managers, staff of tourist establishments, and tour guides in the province. Participating in organizing the program "Tourism through the heritage sites of Viet Bac" held in Bac Kan in 2024. Participating in tourism promotion programs organized by the Vietnam Tourism Association, the Northern Tourism Association Cluster and the Cluster of 6 Viet Bac provinces. Cooperating with the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism to carry out a number of other tasks.

On this occasion, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Kan province awarded the Decision recognizing Thai Binh Hotel located in Na Mam village, Khang Ninh commune (Ba Be) as meeting 2-star standards./.
