Accordingly, the electronic tax system will be temporarily suspended to switch to the production environment from 6:00 p.m. on August 6 (Tuesday) to 8:00 a.m. on August 7 (Wednesday).

Taxpayers will temporarily stop using applications and services including: Electronic tax service for businesses (eTax), electronic tax service for individuals (iCanhan), electronic tax service on mobile devices (eTax Mobile), e-commerce information portal, electronic information portal for foreign suppliers; electronic tax service on the National Public Service Portal, Ministry of Finance Public Service Portal, provincial public service portal (51 provinces/cities under the Central Government); tax industry electronic information page (Website).

Application systems from the main data center are converted to the backup data center, system downtime and test run from 19:00 on August 9 (Friday) to 10:00 on August 11 (Sunday).

Electronic tax systems including: eTax, iCanhan, eTax Mobile, e-commerce portal, and e-portal for foreign suppliers also need to be temporarily suspended to serve the conversion process.

In addition, electronic tax services on the National Public Service Portal, the Ministry of Finance's Public Service Portal, provincial public service portals (51 provinces/cities under the Central Government); and the tax industry's electronic information page (Website) are also temporarily suspended.

During the assessment of the operational readiness of the backup system, the electronic invoice system is still operating normally.

If there are any problems, the Provincial Tax Department calls on taxpayers to contact the Taxpayer Support and Propaganda Department at the units and regions for support.
