Hai Duong province's data strategy to 2030 clearly states specific goals in groups of issues, including developing data infrastructure, digital data in developing digital government, digital economy, digital society, ensuring information security and network security.

The main targets include: digital economy accounts for 30% of the province's GRDP; building and completing 100% of data sets on agriculture, industry, trade, and energy.

Complete digitization, storage and widespread information sharing, combine building synchronous digital tourism platforms for 100% of scenic spots and tourist destinations in the province to promote and develop Hai Duong tourism, making tourism truly a spearhead economic sector, developing sustainably.

Provide and ensure 100% accurate and timely updates of open data sets on workforce, labor market, employment, labor recruitment needs and corresponding qualifications and skill requirements.

Ensure the need for real-time connection to the centralized monitoring center of the natural resources and environment sector for 100% of monitoring data, automatic monitoring of waste discharge from industrial parks, environmental pollution hotspots, serving analysis and warning when there is a risk of environmental incidents.

Digitize and promptly update 100% of data on public transport infrastructure, means of transport, data on warehouses, yards, and logistics centers. Support to solve difficulties and problems of the transport industry, meet the needs of building a supply chain of delivery - warehousing and logistics.

Deploy information security assurance plans according to levels and 4-layer protection models for 100% of shared and specialized databases of departments, branches, localities, etc.

To achieve the set goals, the Provincial People's Committee requires departments, branches and localities to prioritize the construction, upgrading and completion of specialized database and application systems to form a unified and shared database. Avoid data fragmentation in each agency, unit and locality. Connect and integrate with specialized information systems and databases to ensure compliance with regulations, standards and instructions of the ministries and branches in charge.
