Because of trust, Mr. H. transferred billions of dong to Mr. Tam's account as a deposit for the joint venture to construct the above project.

After Mr. H. transferred the money, Mr. Tam repeatedly sent documents to schedule a time to negotiate and sign a contract, but he did not do so and appropriated the money he had previously received.
