According to the Hai Ba Trung District Construction Investment Project Management Board - the unit assigned by the District People's Committee to manage the project with a total investment of 87.8 billion VND, the project has been basically completed at this point, located on an area of ​​3,889m2, with 3 new 4-storey buildings built for classrooms, the principal's office; along with auxiliary items such as gardens, school gates, guardhouses, electricity, water, fire prevention and fighting systems... The spacious school has 20 classrooms for grades 1-5, along with 6 functional classrooms, and a 334m2 physical floor.

Ready to welcome students from the 2024-2025 school year, the District People's Committee has just organized the handover of decisions on school establishment and transfer and appointment of the positions of Principal, Vice Principal; transfer of teachers and school staff.

Accordingly, former Principal of Ba Trieu Primary School (Le Dai Hanh Ward) Le Thu Hang holds the position of first Principal, former Vice Principal of Trung Trac Primary School (Dong Nhan Ward) Nguyen Thi Lan Phuong is the first Vice Principal of Vo Thi Sau Primary School.

Based on the review of schools in the area, the District People's Committee also mobilized 13 officials and teachers from Vinh Tuy, Ba Trieu, Trung Trac, Bach Mai and Anh Sao Kindergarten to take up duties at Vo Thi Sau Primary School, ensuring the quality of the staff for the new school.

Vice Chairwoman of Vinh Tuy Ward People's Committee Phan Thi Thanh Hien shared that people are very excited because the area has one of the largest populations in Hanoi, and the addition of a public primary school has significantly met the learning needs of their children.

In previous school years, Vinh Tuy Primary School often had more than 40 students per class; the ward only had 1 primary school and 1 public secondary school, so the enrollment route had to allocate a number of students to Quynh Mai Primary School (Quynh Mai Ward) and Hai Ba Trung Secondary School (Thanh Luong Ward).

From this school year, children from 18 residential groups (out of a total of 35 groups and residential areas of the ward) are assigned to Vo Thi Sau Primary School right in the ward, so going to school is very convenient for students and greatly reduces the load on Vinh Tuy Primary School.
