According to Mr. Phan Van Tuan, Deputy Director of the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, the restoration process so far has basically ensured the restoration and renovation of some original construction items such as the "Thien ha de nhat hung quan" gate (facing Da Nang), Hai Van Quan gate (facing Thua Thien - Hue), the headquarters, and the Great Wall system. "The unit relies on survey records and archaeological documents to develop a suitable restoration plan for the remaining construction items, in order to preserve the historical military architectural value of Hai Van Quan Relic. For items that do not have documents or research on the terrain, there will be a restoration plan later," said Mr. Tuan.

On the first day of opening, Hai Van Quan relic attracted many domestic and foreign tourists to visit, enjoy the majestic scenery as well as take souvenir photos.
