The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department surveyed the mass mobilization model "Digital Popular Education"

On the afternoon of March 25, Comrade Pham Dong Thuy, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, visited the “Digital Popular Education” model in Hong Dung Commune (Thai Thuy). This is one of the typical “Smart Mass Mobilization” models of the youth.

Comrade Pham Dong Thuy, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and delegates attended the model survey.

The “Digital Literacy” class attracted 270 people, union members and young people to participate. It provided guidance on how to use social networks safely and prevent high-tech crimes; guided people on how to use online public services; disseminated current information and improved political ideology for union members and young people.

Currently, the whole province has launched and trained 686 youth volunteer teams for "Digital Education for All", 100% of youth unions of high schools, vocational education and continuing education centers have organized training and popularized digital skills for union members; organized over 63 propaganda and dissemination sessions on the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Party and State on digital transformation.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department highly appreciated the effectiveness and significance of the "Digital Popular Education" model and hoped that all levels of the Youth Union would continue to maintain and replicate the model to disseminate basic knowledge and skills on information technology and digital transformation to people and young people. At the same time, many direct and online classes on essential digital skills were organized to help people access, use and apply digital technology in their lives, work and production and business.

On this occasion, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, along with district leaders and union officials, visited and presented gifts to two policy beneficiaries in the commune and directly instructed households on how to use social networks safely and skills to prevent and combat high-tech crimes.
