On the morning of April 14, Comrade Quang Van Huong, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council; Comrade Vi Duc Tho, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Member of the National Assembly's Social Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and Provincial National Assembly delegate had a meeting with voters before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly at the cluster of Muong Bu, Ta Bu, and Muong Chum communes, Muong La district. Attending the meeting were Comrade Le Hong Minh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of provincial departments, branches, and sectors.

At the Conference, Comrade Quang Van Huong, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, informed voters about the main contents expected at the 9th Session; introduced a number of important draft laws that the National Assembly is expected to consider, pass, and comment on at the session, especially the Project on the arrangement of administrative units and organization of 2-level local governments.

Next, voters proposed many contents related to the social security life of local people such as: Requesting superiors to support funding to build embankments to prevent landslides of Nam Bu stream due to the impact of heavy rains from upstream causing floods, inundation, and changes in flow causing landslides on both sides of the stream. Recommending the National Assembly and the Government to pay attention to allocating funds to focus on building and upgrading welfare works in the area; including paying attention to upgrading route 279D, expanding the entire road surface, expanding the drainage culvert in sub-zone II, Muong Bu commune; Paying attention to allocating investment capital to build a centralized domestic water supply plant at Tham Bo cave to serve people in villages and sub-zones in the downstream area; Arranging investment capital to build suspension bridges and rigid bridges for people to travel, produce, and trade goods conveniently; including Na Xi village, Chon village, Sang village, Pu Luong village, Ta Mo village, Bung village; Pay attention to allocating funds to build cultural houses in accordance with the arrangement and merger of villages and sub-regions in the coming time./.
