Delegation of the Department of Labor and Vocational Training of Tbong Khmum province visited KLH Snuol

Recently, a delegation from the Department of Labor and Vocational Training of Tbong Khmum province (Cambodia) led by Mr. Um Veasna - Director of the Department visited and worked at KLH Snuol.

At the meeting, the delegation was introduced to the large-scale agricultural project in Snuol, and discussed with KLH representatives about the plan to cooperate in recruiting workers in Tbong Khmum province in the coming time.

In 2024, KLH Snuol needs to recruit nearly 4,000 people, including unskilled and skilled workers. Working at KLH, employees will experience a professional, safe environment, with attractive compensation and welfare policies.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Um Veasna - Director of the Department of Labor and Vocational Training of Tbong Khmum province highly appreciated the scale of investment and production and business activities of KLH. He said: “We will actively coordinate with KLH to introduce jobs to the people. In the coming time, we will widely promote recruitment activities in villages, communes and districts of Tbong Khmum province; at the same time, we will work with vocational schools in the province to have students come to practice and work at KLH”.

On this occasion, the delegation visited the banana packaging line at BP1.B Production Factory; Cattle Breeding Enterprise; and the housing area for employees to better understand the care for workers' lives here.

With the goal of expanding the scale of the project and developing production and business activities, KLH Snuol continues to promote recruitment in neighboring provinces; expand cooperation with training institutions to attract workers, meet the human resource needs of KLH, as well as contribute to improving the lives of local people.
