In the 2024-2025 school year, educational institutions in Quang Ngai city (Quang Ngai province) need to recruit 45 teachers and staff. Of which, preschool level will recruit 5 teachers, primary level will recruit 25 teachers and staff, and secondary level will recruit 15 teachers.

To prepare for the new school year, the education sector of Quang Ngai city has implemented the transfer of teachers and staff between educational institutions according to individual wishes.

To be considered for transfer, teachers and staff must have completed 2 consecutive years of good performance or more. Applicants must live near the unit they wish to transfer to, and have at least 5 years of remaining service.

The transfer does not apply to principals, vice principals, teachers in the resource planning who are in the process of being appointed as school management staff; teachers and staff who are under disciplinary review or are being disciplined.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai city, transferring teachers according to personal wishes is an appropriate way, creating favorable conditions for teachers and staff to feel secure in their work.

The transfer of teachers and staff between educational institutions will be carried out objectively, publicly, transparently, and reasonably, without affecting the increase or decrease in staffing of educational institutions.
