According to the Decision, the land plot with symbol H1-KSDV2 is located in Phuc Loi ward, Long Bien district, the Northwest borders the existing road, the Southwest borders the land plot with the function of hotel and general services, the Southeast borders the land plot with the function of general clinic, the Northeast borders the land plot with the function of urban green space. The scale of the study to establish local adjustments to the detailed planning has an area of ​​about 10,081 m2.

The adjustment objective is to concretize the Master Plan for the construction of the Capital City to 2030 with a vision to 2050; to serve as a basis for the People's Committee of Long Bien District to develop a plan for auctioning land use rights (according to Decision No. 5416/QD-UBND dated October 25, 2023 and Plan No. 21/KH-UBND dated January 15, 2024 of the People's Committee of Hanoi City) in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the law and as a basis for authorities at all levels to carry out construction investment management in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Accordingly, adjust the land plot with symbol H1-KSDV2 from general service function 2 to land plots with symbols H1-NO1, H1-NO2 with the function of residential land for villas, with a population of about 50 people.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture to check and confirm the drawing of the Local adjustment of the planning of land plot H1-KSDV2 in the detailed planning of the Hanoi Software Technology Park Urban Area, scale 1/500 mentioned above in accordance with this Decision; archive the records according to regulations.

The People's Committee of Long Bien District shall preside over and coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture to organize the public announcement of the approved local adjustment of the detailed planning so that relevant organizations, agencies and people can know and implement; deploy the plan for auctioning land use rights according to the prescribed process; in accordance with the Local adjustment of the planning of land plot H1-KSDV2 in the Detailed Planning of Hanoi Software Technology Park Urban Area, scale 1/500 approved in this Decision.

Long Bien District People's Committee, Phuc Loi Ward People's Committee and the Department of Construction Inspectorate are responsible for inspecting and supervising construction according to approved planning, handling cases of construction in violation of planning according to their authority and regulations of law.
