Built since 2019, the "Traffic Safety School Gate" model of Bac Duyen Ha High School Youth Union has been well maintained with 50 participating members.

Nguyen Nhat Duc, Secretary of the Youth Union 12A8, a member of the Youth Union Team for Traffic Safety, said: We remind students not to gather, not to line up in twos or threes to obstruct traffic; to wear helmets when driving motorbikes, scooters, electric motorbikes, and electric bicycles; to direct and guide students to participate in traffic through the school gate area during rush hour. We realize that, not only in school but also when stepping out into society, each student must know how to behave with people, respond to life situations intelligently, skillfully, in accordance with ethical standards, build habits, and form a traffic culture. Up to now, the situation of jostling and chaos has improved significantly.

“Traffic safety school gate” is one of many models and activities that the Youth Union of Bac Duyen Ha High School has successfully implemented in recent times.

Mr. Ngo Gia Chi, Secretary of the School Youth Union, said: In order to effectively implement the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the school, the School Youth Union Executive Committee always focuses on political and ideological education, education of traditions, ethics, and lifestyle for union members. The form and content of propaganda and education are always innovated, bringing practical results such as organizing competitions, contests, playgrounds, and exchanges by theme... The School Youth Union launched in each branch to carry out youth projects, participate in planting and caring for trees, creating a green, clean, and beautiful school landscape. The movement to raise funds to support the poor, the poor, and people in especially difficult circumstances is also actively responded to by union members with a total value of tens of millions of VND each year.

In addition, the Youth Union of Bac Duyen Ha High School always associates the work of the union with the emulation movement "Teach well - study well", mobilizing all young cadres and teachers to actively participate in the movement "Each teacher is a model of morality, self-study and creativity", scientific research, improving professional qualifications, applying information technology in management and teaching. Thanks to that, the teaching and learning movement of the school is increasingly vibrant, many exemplary students and excellent students at all levels have appeared. Not only teaching well and studying well in cultural subjects, the school's Youth Union also encourages and motivates union members to actively participate in scientific competitions to stimulate students' creativity. For many years, union members have participated and won prizes in scientific and technical innovation competitions. To help members gain more life skills, the School Youth Union regularly advises the Board of Directors and coordinates with professional units to organize extracurricular activities, provide admissions counseling, give talks, participate in volunteer activities as well as many other activities of the Youth Union at all levels. Through these activities, teachers can easily approach and understand students' psychology, thereby sharing and innovating in Youth Union activities and professional work. The work of building the Youth Union organization and the Youth Union participating in Party building is also focused on. In the 2023-2024 school year, at Bac Duyen Ha High School, 51 outstanding Youth Union members attended the Party awareness training class, 8 outstanding Youth Union members who are students, and 1 outstanding Youth Union member who is a teacher were admitted to the Party.
