Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced to invite organizations and individuals who want to participate in the auction of 20 land lots (Lots LK01 and LK02) belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project for auctioning land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc copper area, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city. Of which, there are 16 land lots with an area of ​​89.6m2, the remaining 4 lots have an area of ​​over 100m2.

The auction will be conducted in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds for each plot of land and a minimum of 06 mandatory auction rounds, according to the ascending price method.

The starting price of all 20 lots is 7.3 million VND/m2. The starting price from the second round onwards will be equal to the highest valid bid in the next round. In case in the previous round all bidders pay the same starting price, the starting price of the next round will be equal to the starting price of the previous round plus one price step.

The winning bid price is the highest bid for each plot of land recorded in the auction minutes as prescribed by law. The starting price and the winning bid price do not include registration fees, land registration fees and other fees as prescribed by law.

Time for issuing and receiving auction registration documents is from 8:00 a.m. on August 9 to 5:00 p.m. on August 23 (during office hours) at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Hoai Duc district (address: Tram Troi town, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi) or the headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company (address: No. 49, Van Cao street, Lieu Giai ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi).

For those who have registered to participate in the auction and have determined the location of the auctioned land, they can directly view the land at the actual site; For those who have not determined the location of the auctioned land, they will contact the Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center or Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company to view the land on August 15-16 (during office hours).

Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will hold the auction at 8:00 a.m. on August 26 at the Hall of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Hoai Duc district (Tram Troi town, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city).
