At the same time, businesses need to clearly identify the difficulties and problems that workers are facing in order to have timely support measures. The Department also requires businesses to closely coordinate with management unions, receiving companies and relevant parties to closely follow information about the earthquake and response plans announced by Japanese authorities to promptly inform and guide workers to implement (for example, Miyazaki province has banned swimming and closed the beach); support workers facing difficulties due to the earthquake, ensuring the safety of workers' lives and property. Enterprises promptly inform workers of the emergency contact number in Japan of the Labor Management Board: +81.70.1479.6888 and the Vietnamese Embassy in Tokyo: +81.80.3590.9136 During this time, enterprises urgently report to the Overseas Labor Management Department and the Labor Management Board in Japan any difficulties or problems encountered in the process of supporting workers in the earthquake-affected areas for guidance and coordination in resolving them.
