On the afternoon of August 8, information from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that the unit has just issued a list of 36 key projects to attract investment in the province until 2025. These are all large-scale projects with large investment levels.

There are 36 projects in the following fields: Agriculture and processing of agricultural products (8 projects); construction industry (13 projects); trade, services, tourism (8 projects); sports (3 projects); environment (2 projects); education and health (2 projects).

For example, the Ea Tam Commercial and Service Urban Area Project (Buon Ma Thuot City) 51.67 hectares, total estimated capital of 2,000 billion VND; Infrastructure investment in Hoa Xuan 1 Industrial Cluster (Buon Ma Thuot City) 75 hectares, estimated capital of 672 billion VND;

Dak Lak ethnic cultural and tourism eco-urban area (Buon Ma Thuot city) over 46 hectares, total estimated investment capital of 528 billion VND; Ha Lan Pass eco-tourism area (Buon Ho town) 179 hectares, total estimated investment capital of 795 billion VND...

Regarding this issue, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, district-level People's Committees and related units to effectively organize and attract investment.

Periodically review and advise Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee to adjust and supplement the list to suit local reality.

In addition, the Department of Planning and Investment coordinates with relevant units and localities to develop and issue a set of documents and detailed information on investment attraction projects.

The Department of Planning and Investment digitizes project portfolio maps, updates land use status, legal basis, investment processes and procedures, investment incentives and support policies... to serve investment promotion.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, based on the list of key projects attracting investment in the province, to guide the District People's Committees to develop a plan to use land recovered from agricultural and forestry farms and hand it over to local management.
