At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Tran Van Phuc (born in 1978, hometown Dong Anh district, Hanoi), Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police, to take up and hold the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

The Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to appoint Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department, to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Presenting the decision and delivering a speech assigning tasks to Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, congratulated Colonel Tran Van Phuc on being trusted by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to assign a new task.

Recognizing the achievements he has made in the past time, contributing positively to the results of ensuring political security, social order and safety in localities, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam believes that Colonel Tran Van Phuc will quickly approach the work, maintain internal solidarity, promote collective intelligence, do a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities to ensure political security, social order and safety in Quang Ninh province; and build the Quang Ninh Provincial Police force to be increasingly strong and comprehensive.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Phuc sincerely thanked the special attention of comrades in the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, and comrades in the Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
