At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Personnel Organization, Ministry of Public Security announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai, born in 1973, hometown Tan Hong district, Dong Thap province, Deputy Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police to take up the job and hold the position of Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police. Announced the decision on the transfer of Colonel Tran Xuan Anh, born in 1975, hometown Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province, Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police, to take up the job and hold the position of Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police. Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and contributions of Colonel Tran Xuan Anh during his tenure as Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police, especially in working with the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police to effectively direct the implementation of security, social order and safety in the province. Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung requested Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai to take up the job soon, promote his capacity and experience during his work; advising local Party committees and authorities to lead and direct the implementation of political security, order and social safety in the locality. Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung believes that Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai will excellently complete all tasks assigned by the Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security; the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Tra Vinh province.
