At the conference, on behalf of the Inspection Team, Comrade Lam Thi Phuong Thanh presented a draft report on the inspection results to the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee. Delegates attending the conference discussed issues that need to be clarified; raised the current situation, advantages as well as difficulties and obstacles that need to be resolved related to the inspected contents.
The report stated that immediately after the Resolutions, Directives and Conclusions of the Central Committee were issued, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Official Dispatches to lead, direct and organize conferences to study, learn and disseminate seriously, responsibly and promptly to Party committees at all levels, Party organizations and Party members throughout the province.

Regarding the implementation of Directive 35 and Conclusion 118, Party committees from the provincial to grassroots levels have proactively developed specific plans and clearly assigned tasks; established subcommittees to direct the congress, ensuring close monitoring and supervision, and timely handling of shortcomings; propaganda work and organizing the collection of comments on the draft congress documents have been carried out seriously, ensuring democracy, publicity, and transparency.
Along with that, the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the political system of the province has completed the set goals. Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities thoroughly grasped and created high consensus in implementing Resolution 18 and Conclusions 121, 126 and 127 of the Politburo. The administrative apparatus at all levels was reorganized in a streamlined direction, reducing focal points, limiting the dispersion and overlapping of functions and tasks.
Regarding the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued a Plan to specify the goals and tasks in accordance with the actual conditions of the locality and established a Steering Committee on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation development in the province. Some contents on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation development in the province in the past time focused on three main pillars: digital government, digital economy and digital society, the rate of people and businesses satisfied with the settlement of administrative procedures reached 99%; these are positive results that create a foundation for successfully implementing the goals of Resolution 57 in the coming time.
Regarding the implementation of Conclusion 123, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the People's Council and the People's Committee of Hung Yen province have proactively developed and issued a Plan to implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW; approved the Plan to operate the socio-economic development plan and the state budget in 2025 to achieve the target of GRDP growth of 10-10.5% with specific, comprehensive tasks and solutions and clear assignment of responsibilities and completion time.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, President Luong Cuong affirmed that the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and its affiliated Party organizations have thoroughly grasped, seriously and systematically implemented, and well met the inspection purposes and requirements of the Politburo, as well as the plan of the Inspection Team. Many inspection contents showed that Hung Yen did well in terms of methods and approaches and was suitable to the specific situation of the province, creating high consensus in the Party organization, among cadres, Party members and people. The targets that Hung Yen achieved were the result of solidarity, consensus, and the right direction in the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.
On behalf of the Inspection Delegation, the President commended and acknowledged the results, achievements, drastic initiative, and efforts that the Party Committee, government, army and people in the province have achieved in the past time.
Emphasizing that from now until the end of 2025, there are many important tasks, many events, and major anniversaries of the country; at the same time, it is the last year to accelerate and surpass the targets set by the 13th Party Congress resolution; firmly pursuing the goals towards the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding and the 100th anniversary of the country's founding, the President requested Hung Yen province to continue reviewing and assigning specific tasks, clearly defining tasks, functions, and powers to effectively carry out the work; continue to promote what is good, and propose solutions and overcome difficulties, obstacles, and limitations.

The President also noted the need to effectively implement the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus to ensure it is lean, compact, strong, effective, efficient and effective. In particular, the province needs to do a good job of political and ideological work, creating consensus within the Party and government from the province to the grassroots level; as well as creating high unity in society, especially among cadres and party members; focusing on leadership and direction to ensure that the operations of agencies, organizations and units are not interrupted.
Regarding the implementation of Directive No. 35 and Conclusion No. 118 of the Politburo, the President requested the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee to prepare well the documents, personnel and conditions for organizing party congresses at all levels, in which personnel work must ensure the correct principles, synchronization, comprehensiveness, strictness, democracy, science, objectivity, impartiality and transparency to successfully organize party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
On the other hand, the President emphasized that Hung Yen province needs to promote and renew growth drivers, especially science and technology development, digital transformation, and private economy with feasible solutions to achieve the province's GRDP growth target of 10-10.5%, creating a premise and solid foundation for the 2026-2030 period.
The President said that after announcing the draft report on inspection results, the discussion opinions of the comrades in the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee basically agreed and highly agreed on the draft report and explained and clarified some related contents. Regarding the recommendations and proposals of the province, the Inspection Team will fully absorb the opinions and valid contents to supplement and complete the Report, records and documents to send to the Central Inspection Commission for synthesis, submission to the Politburo for consideration, conclusion and direction for proper implementation.

The President visited and offered incense to Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, President Ho Chi Minh’s mother, at her shrine in Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province. Completed 14 years ago, this is not only a place of worship, but also a place to preserve many documents and artifacts recording the great contributions of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan and the influence of her and the Hoang family on the later career of President Ho Chi Minh.
