Specifically, the actual value of the equipment package is only over 550 million VND, but Soc Trang Radio and Television Station bought it for nearly 2 billion VND, a price difference of more than 3.6 times.

According to the Inspector's conclusion, Soc Trang Radio and Television Station did not properly perform its assigned tasks, did not check and supervise the price appraisal, leading to differences in contract price, appraisal price and import price, showing signs of violating regulations and lack of responsibility causing serious consequences.

In addition, Soc Trang Radio and Television Station also violated many financial principles in ordering propaganda and advertising work; tax settlement, and incorrect accounting with a total proposed economic handling amount of more than 8.2 billion VND.
