In the period of 2019-2024, the emulation movement to win the armed forces of Dak Lak province took place enthusiastically, continuously, widely, with a focus, key points with rich, diverse, vivid forms, and strong influence. The emulation movement is the driving force to improve the quality of training, combat readiness, build regularity, and discipline. At the same time, promote internal strength, arouse potential, creativity, encourage the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, and build a comprehensively strong provincial armed force, truly a political force, a fighting force.

Implementing the emulation movement of joining hands to build new rural areas and join hands for the poor, over the past 5 years, Dak Lak armed forces have mobilized more than 2,300 officers and soldiers with nearly 20,000 working days to help people in extremely difficult areas. Mobilizing more than 1 billion VND to build houses for policy families, buy breeding animals, livestock, and means of livelihood for poor households. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the provincial armed forces coordinated with socio-political organizations to mobilize more than 3 billion VND to support people in difficulty with many effective models.

Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc, Commander of Military Region 5, highly appreciated and commended the emulation and reward movements and emulation movements to win of the Dak Lak armed forces in the past 5 years.
