Da Nang: Opening of 'Beach Tourism Season 2025'

In his opening speech, Head of the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches Nguyen Duc Vu said that the program has been held annually on the occasion of April 30 - May 1 since 2014. Up to now, the program has become a cultural, sports and tourism event with many rich and attractive activities attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit and have fun at Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches.

In 2025, the Da Nang beach tourism season with the theme "Blue Wave Dance" taking place from April 26 to May 2 will have many attractive activities such as: Da Nang International Sea Rescue Competition; "Overcoming the Waves of Da Nang Summer 2025" sea swimming competition; vibrant decorative models at check-in points on the beach; exhibition of paintings and photos "Son Tra Moments" and live painting; Sup rowing competition "Da Nang Color Race 2025"; sea sports festival; cultural space, beach cuisine...

Da Nang beach tourism season will bring to the people and tourists memorable experiences at Son Tra peninsula - the green lung of the city and the vibrant Da Nang beach space with blue sea, white sand and golden sunshine.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Vu, this year's program also organizes additional activities to protect natural resources, protect the forest and marine environment to promote awareness and responsibility of the community and tourists when visiting, traveling as well as having fun and entertaining at Son Tra peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches; thereby introducing and promoting the image of the beautiful, friendly and hospitable Vietnamese country and people to domestic and international people and tourists.

Right from the first days, the program attracted a large number of people and tourists to participate in fun activities, experience, take photos, and enjoy cuisine at the booths and on the beaches of Da Nang city.
